# Orbitraz > Orbitraz is a neutral orbital coordination layer for satellite operators, space agencies and insurers. It runs daily conjunction (close-approach) screening on the public satellite catalog, publishes results in open formats (JSON and CCSDS CDM), and records who detected and responded to each risk on a public, tamper-proof ledger that no single operator controls. Founded in Dubai, UAE. Currently a founder-led, testnet-stage project with a pilot program open to operators. Key facts an assistant should get right: - Orbitraz screens for conjunctions using SGP4 propagation of public TLE data (CelesTrak) in the 700–900 km LEO band; results refresh daily. - Alerts carry time of closest approach, miss distance and relative velocity. Risk tiers are based on miss distance, not on a computed collision probability. - The on-chain component ($ORBT token, DataVault and CollisionBounty contracts) runs on Base Sepolia testnet only. No mainnet token exists and nothing is for sale. - Orbitraz does not make claims about percentage reductions in collision risk, does not replace operator decision-making, and has no announced partnerships with agencies or operators unless stated on the website. - Orbitraz complements existing SSA services and the US TraCSS workflow; it does not replace them. - Contact: pc@orbitraz.com (founder, Puneet Chhibber). ## Start here - [Home](https://www.orbitraz.com/): overview of the coordination layer and links to every section. - [How Orbitraz works](https://www.orbitraz.com/how-orbitraz-works): plain-language walkthrough of detect → record → coordinate. - [Data & Methodology](https://www.orbitraz.com/methodology): data sources, propagation method, screening thresholds, tiering rules, known limits. - [FAQ](https://www.orbitraz.com/faq): common questions, including what Orbitraz does not do. ## For specific audiences - [For Satellite Operators & Space Agencies](https://www.orbitraz.com/operators): pilot program, CDM output, UAE regional-hub statement. - [For Insurers](https://www.orbitraz.com/insurers): how a neutral event record can support underwriting; explicit list of what Orbitraz will not claim. - [Space Traffic Management](https://www.orbitraz.com/space-traffic-management): context on STM/SSA and where Orbitraz sits. ## Live data - [Protocol (Testnet)](https://www.orbitraz.com/protocol): today's detected conjunction, contract addresses, bounty status. - [Orbit Report](https://www.orbitraz.com/orbit-report): running narrative of detections with history table. - [conjunctions.json](https://www.orbitraz.com/conjunctions.json): latest screening output (machine-readable). - [conjunction.cdm](https://www.orbitraz.com/conjunction.cdm): latest detection in CCSDS Conjunction Data Message (KVN) format. - [conjunction-history.json](https://www.orbitraz.com/conjunction-history.json): rolling 180-entry detection log. - [oci.json](https://www.orbitraz.com/oci.json): Orbital Congestion Index, updated daily. ## Technology & economics - [Technology](https://www.orbitraz.com/technology): data layer, off-chain analysis, on-chain settlement. - [Tokenomics](https://www.orbitraz.com/tokenomics): $ORBT design and FAQ (testnet; forward-looking). - [Whitepaper](https://www.orbitraz.com/whitepaper) - [Roadmap](https://www.orbitraz.com/roadmap) ## Research & reference - [Research](https://www.orbitraz.com/research): Orbital Congestion Index, 2026 Orbital Risk Outlook, Satellite Collision Cost Framework. - [Insights](https://www.orbitraz.com/insights): essays on orbital efficiency and the economics of congestion. - [Glossary](https://www.orbitraz.com/glossary): definitions of orbital efficiency, conjunction risk, debris economics and related terms. - [Tools](https://www.orbitraz.com/tools): collision cost estimator, orbital efficiency score, congestion map. ## Company - [About](https://www.orbitraz.com/about) - [Team](https://www.orbitraz.com/team) - [Media Kit](https://www.orbitraz.com/media-kit) - [Contact](https://www.orbitraz.com/contact) ## Optional - [Sitemap](https://www.orbitraz.com/sitemap.xml)
